If we detect that you have opened or are attempting to open more than one account — whether in your own name or using different personal details — crazy777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

05 Withdrawals

Crazy777 processes withdrawal requests to members' registered PKR payment methods. Withdrawals are only paid to the same method used for the original deposit where possible, as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money laundering controls.

5.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: typically within 15 minutes, 24/7.
• Bank transfer (IBFT): typically within 1–3 business hours during banking hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

06 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on crazy777, including PSL betting, football betting, virtual sports, and all other betting markets offered on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed. Crazy777 does not accept bet cancellation requests once a bet has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• It is the member's responsibility to verify the details of a bet — including the selection, market, stake, and odds — before confirming. Crazy777 will not be liable for errors made by the member during bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are applied per market and may vary. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.

7.2 Odds and Settlement

• All odds are displayed in decimal format. The displayed odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets are settled according to official result sources. In the event of a dispute about the official result, crazy777's decision — following review of the official source — is final.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market as displayed in the betting interface at the time the bet was placed.

7.3 Obvious Errors

Crazy777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — for example, due to a technical fault or data feed error that produced clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the member's account. Crazy777 will notify affected members as soon as possible when this occurs.

08 Casino, Slots, and Other Games

The following rules apply to all casino and gaming activity on crazy777, including jackpot slots, poker, the Aviator game, and virtual sports.

• All casino game outcomes on crazy777 are generated by a certified random number generator. The RNG is independently audited to confirm compliance with published fairness standards.
• Game results are final once the round or event is complete. Crazy777 does not alter or reverse game results except in the case of a verified technical fault that produced an incorrect outcome.
• In the event of a network disconnection during a casino round, the round will be resolved server-side and the result will be displayed when you reconnect. Crazy777 will not be liable for connectivity issues caused by your internet service provider or device.

09 Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Crazy777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has violated these Terms or any specific product rules.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• The member has provided false information during registration or verification.
• There is a genuine responsible gaming concern related to the member's betting behaviour.
• The account is subject to a regulatory order, legal process, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited if it was accrued as a result of the prohibited conduct. Where closure is for other reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification steps are completed.

Members may close their own crazy777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours and any eligible remaining balance will be withdrawn to the member's registered payment method.
